EH1 is a new student development company founded by Tony Banks.
The intention of the organisation is to create best in class PBSA (Purpose Build Student Accommodation) facilities in key cities across the country, with the first being in Gorgie, Edinburgh. EH1 are keen to work with the community of Gorgie to maximise the positive impact of this exciting new investment on Gorgie and the surrounding area.
