Founded by whisky expert Hannah Fisher, she saw the potential in developing a Bloody Mary cocktail after realising that whisky connoisseurs who enjoy a peated whisky loved a Bloody Mary. Since launch, Tongue in Peat has won two great taste awards and has been listed in some of the most sought-after venues in the UK.
